Restrictive tape around shared facilities as the pandemic worsened made me think of what would happen to the tape after circuit breaker ended. These restrictive tapes would be cut, reminding me of an opening ceremony. Instead of typical gold scissors used in such ceremonies, I decided to draw scissors commonly found in households, signifying the 're-opening' of our lives after circuit breaker.
