Having to stay home during the Circuit Breaker after having completed my school submissions was incredibly upsetting for me. I looked forward to hanging out with friends, travelling & spending more time outdoors. A large chunk of what kept me sane & excited was the game, Animal Crossing! Even if it was digital, the game’s activities gave me some semblance of normalcy & allowed my mind to escape.
